Luke Joseph

Luke Joseph is an experienced professional in culinary and nutrition services, currently serving as the Campus Director of Culinary and Nutrition Services at Acts Retirement-Life Communities, Inc. since October 2014. In this role, Luke establishes and enforces operational standards while ensuring compliance with regulations. Previous positions include Director and Assistant Director of Culinary and Nutrition Services, as well as serving as CSM, where supervisory and leadership skills were honed. Prior to Acts Retirement-Life Communities, Luke worked as the Director of Food and Nutrition Services at Sodexo, overseeing campus dining for 2,000 students.
