Tara Hardy, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Mid-South Regional Human Resources Director at Acts Retirement-Life Communities, Inc. since December 2019. Previous roles include serving as the Human Resources Director at Eau Claire Cooperative Health Center from June 2018 to December 2019, and in various human resources positions at Elite Resources Premier Staffing Inc., Cosden, LLC, and St. Johnsville Rehabilitation & Nursing Center, Inc. Tara Hardy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management from Colorado State University Global and an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from Herkimer County Community College.
