Tom Schroeder

Tom Schroeder began their work experience as an Actuarial Intern at Ameritas in May 2009. Tom joined Actuarial Resources Corporation in June 2011 as a Consulting Actuary. At Actuarial Resources Corporation, Tom developed and implemented pricing, valuation, and cash flow testing models for life insurers, primarily in the Prophet modeling system. Tom also performed model reviews, focusing on assumptions, accuracy of calculations, model governance, and maintenance. Additionally, they provided actuarial support to accounting firms auditing life insurance companies' financial statements.

Tom Schroeder obtained a Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, where they attended from 2007 to 2011. Tom further pursued additional certifications and became a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries in March 2014. In February 2013, they also became a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries.
