Melissa Sutjipto

Melissa Sutjipto is a seasoned actuary with extensive experience in the actuarial field, currently serving as a Senior Consulting Actuary at Barnett Waddingham since June 2023. Prior to this role, Melissa held various positions at Suncorp New Zealand, including IFRS 17 Actuarial Implementation Lead and Manager Life Valuation. Previous experience includes a Senior Adviser role at the Reserve Bank of New Zealand and actuarial positions at Partners Life and Sovereign. Melissa began her career as a Mathematics Tutor at The University of Waikato while also completing a Summer Internship as a Trading Analyst at Mighty River Power. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from The University of Waikato.
