Christoph W. has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Christoph also worked as a CRM Coach at Münchner Marketing Akademie, where they lectured on CRM strategy and campaign management. Christoph has experience in marketing agencies as well, having worked as a CRM/Email Consultant at KI group HQ and as a Marketing Manager at Saloodo!. Christoph began their career at DHL Freight, where they were involved in building Saloodo! GmbH as a DHL corporate spin-off and developed the business model for an online logistics marketplace for spot shipments.

Christoph W. has a diverse education history. In 2012, they started their Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Transport, Forwarding & Logistics at the Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW), which they completed in 2015. During their time at DHBW, they also participated in a semester abroad at Dublin Business School, studying Economics in 2014.

After completing their bachelor's degree, Christoph pursued further education and in 2019, they earned a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in General Management & Business Informatics from the IU International University of Applied Sciences.

Additionally, Christoph has obtained various certifications throughout their career. Christoph is a certified Salesforce Platform App Builder, Advanced Administrator (SCAA), Pardot Consultant, Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Pardot Specialist, and Sales Cloud and Service Cloud Consultant. Furthermore, they have achieved certifications in Google Analytics, Email Marketing, Growth-Driven Design, Inbound Sales, Sales Enablement, and HubSpot Sales Software, among others.

It is worth noting that Christoph has also earned the Salesforce Ranger badge, attesting to their extensive knowledge and expertise in Salesforce.
