Michaela Madová is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as Managing Partner at ACTUM X since September 2021. Prior experience includes a role as Sn Talent Acquisition & Identification Manager at Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company, where responsibilities spanned multiple countries, and senior positions at Abbott and People Consulting s.r.o. Michaela co-founded the non-profit organization Včelí úl, z.s., focused on family and children services, and has extensive experience in recruitment and event management, demonstrated during tenures at Grafton Recruitment, GUARANT International, and ALLSAT s.r.o. Michaela holds two degrees from Vysoká škola mezinárodních a veřejných vztahů Praha, one in Economic Diplomacy and another in International Relations and Diplomacy, and has a foundational education from Charles University.
