Mikhail Chumakov

Mikhail Chumakov has a diverse work experience in software development and engineering roles. Mikhail began their career in 2004 as a SQL Developer at EastWind. In 2004, they joined Kardinal as a .Net Developer and Automation Specialist, where they were responsible for automating retail sales and developing front-end and back-end systems.

In 2006, Mikhail became the Group Leader at Urals .Net User Group, an organization that provides support to Microsoft .NET user groups. Mikhail also worked at CIFT as a Senior .Net Developer and Team Lead, where they developed software for information collection and analysis.

From 2011 to 2013, they co-founded GroupVisor and served as a Software Architect. The startup developed a networking management platform to help business professionals maintain relationships and create sales channels.

In 2017, Mikhail joined ACTUM Digital as a Senior .Net Developer, specializing in digital strategies and technology solutions. Mikhail then moved up to the role of Senior Software Engineer at Massive Interactive, where they developed premium OTT platforms and worked on back-end solutions for millions of concurrent users.

Throughout their career, Mikhail has also gained experience in teaching as a Senior Lecturer at Ural Federal University. Mikhail taught .Net programming courses for undergraduate students.

Currently, Mikhail works at ACTUM Digital as a Senior .Net Cloud Developer, where they continue to utilize their skills and expertise in software development.

Mikhail Chumakov completed their education at Ural State Technical University. From 1998 to 2004, they pursued an Engineer's degree in Information Systems in materials science. Following this, they pursued postgraduate studies in Rare, radioactive and trace elements technologies from 2004 to 2007 at the same university.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Mikhail Chumakov has obtained several certifications in the field of cloud computing. In December 2021, they achieved the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS). Furthermore, they earned the Professional Cloud Developer certification from Google in the same month and year. Most recently, in December 2022, they obtained the AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate certification also from Amazon Web Services (AWS).
