Onur Gündüz

Onur Gündüz has a varied work experience in the field of software development. Onur started their career at UBIT Bilgi Teknolojileri as a Software Engineer, where they developed university access systems and lesson management systems using Zend Framework and Slim Framework based on PHP. Onur then worked at Bahçeşehir Üniversitesi as a Software Engineer, focused on developing games using Unity Game Engine and implementing gameplay logic.

Onur then joined Accenture as a Software Engineering Senior Analyst, where they developed enterprise software based on Java EE. Onur mainly worked on maintenance and transformation projects, utilizing technologies such as JSF, Spring Framework, Facelets, Primefaces, JUnit, Hibernate, and MyBatis.

Following that, Onur transitioned to İnnova Bilişim as an Application Development Specialist, working for Turkish Airlines. Onur played a significant role in the QuickRes Project, implementing new features and resolving bugs. Onur'sexpertise included Java EE, JSF, Facelets, Struts 1, Javascript, Hibernate, Maven, Jenkins, Oracle SQL Developer, and Eclipse.

Later, Onur joined Verizon as an Automation Developer and Barclays as an Application Developer. At Verizon, they focused on automation development, while at Barclays, they developed enterprise web applications based on the Spring Framework using Java. Onur implemented new features, RESTful web services, and chat-bot applications.

Most recently, Onur worked for Altersis Czech Republic as a Software Consultant, contracted to NCR Corporation in the Hospitality Part. Onur implemented RESTful web services, wrote SQL queries, unit tests, and regression tests. Onur was also involved in the Pulse – Silver Integration Project.

Currently, Onur is a Senior Java Developer at ACTUM Digital, where they continue to contribute their expertise in Java development.

Onur Gündüz completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Bahcesehir University in the years 2007 to 2011. Onur then pursued a Master's degree in Computer Science from San Diego State University in the year 2012 to 2013. Additionally, they completed another Master's degree in Computer Engineering from Bahcesehir University in the years 2012 to 2015.
