Duncan McFetridge

Duncan McFetridge is a prominent lobbyist and strategist with extensive experience in legislative advocacy and policymaking, particularly within the political landscapes of Sacramento and Washington, D.C. Currently serving as a Partner at Actum since October 2021, McFetridge previously held the same title at Mercury from March 2013 to January 2022. Prior to these roles, McFetridge was Of Counsel at Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck and served as the Legislative and Policy Director for the California State Treasurer's Office. Additional experience includes consulting for Assemblyman Jack Scott, working as a Legislative Assistant for both a State Senator and Congressman Vic Fazio, and a solid academic foundation with a J.D. from the University of the Pacific - McGeorge School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from San Francisco State University.
