Jeff Johnson

Jeff Johnson has a diverse work experience that spans over two decades. Jeff has held various leadership roles in companies like Actum, where they currently serve as the Managing Director, partnering with clients to help them leverage culture for growth and provide strategic counsel. Jeff has also worked as a Senior Advisor at Dix & Eaton, providing strategic communications and content creation expertise.

In addition to their consultancy work, Jeff has been involved in the media industry. Jeff has served as the Chief Executive Officer of JIJ Communications, a full-service communications strategy firm, and as the Creator, Executive Producer, and Host of "ManCave" at BET Networks. Jeff has also worked as a Contributor/White House Correspondent for MSNBC/The Grio and was a Host and Producer at BET Networks for several years.

Earlier in their career, Jeff held the position of National Director, Youth & College Division at the NAACP. Throughout their professional journey, they have demonstrated a commitment to advocating for inclusion, equity, and cultural relevance in various industries.

Jeff Johnson attended The University of Toledo from 1991 to 1996, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science and Government.
