Rachel Noerdlinger

Rachel Noerdlinger is an accomplished public relations professional with extensive experience in crisis management and communications. Currently a Partner at Actum since January 2022, Noerdlinger previously held the position of Partner and Managing Director at Mercury from January 2015 to January 2022, focusing on public relations, crisis management, government affairs, and grassroots community engagement. Prior roles include Chief of Staff for First Lady Chirlane McCray in New York City, President of Noerdlinger Media, and Spokesperson for Rev. Al Sharpton at the National Action Network. Additional experience includes serving as a Press Advisor for attorney Johnnie L. Cochran, Vice President at The Terrie Williams Agency, and teaching at the Teachers for Africa Foundation. Noerdlinger holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Sociology from Mills College and has pursued further education at Columbia University's Teachers College.
