N.ramanath Nagarajan

N.Ramanath Nagarajan has extensive work experience in procurement and supply chain management. Currently, they are the Head of India Supply Chain Management and global sourcing at Actylis, where they are responsible for handling process streamlining, standardization, and organizational transformation. N.Ramanath manages teams that plan, purchase, and distribute over 3000 SKUs, and they also oversee S&OP, warehouse management, and toll manufacturing. Additionally, they are involved in sourcing, supplier relationship management, and cost negotiation for the supply of fine chemicals and pharmaceuticals to various regions. Prior to their current role, Nagarajan held positions as the Head of Purchase at Johnson Matthey, General Manager at Linde India Limited, and Advanced procurement specialist at GE Power. N.Ramanath also has experience as a Manager Purchase at SRF Limited, Head of Purchase and Stores at Bharat Starch Products Limited, Assistant Manager at Continental Carbon India Limited, and Assistant Manager Purchase/Maintenance/Projects at TATA CHEMICALS LTD. Throughout their career, Nagarajan has consistently demonstrated expertise in managing procurement operations, leading teams, and driving cost savings and efficiency improvements.

N.Ramanath Nagarajan completed their MBA in Finance and Operations from the Institute of Management Studies (IMS) Ghaziabad - Business School from 2007 to 2009. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Sardar Vallabhbhai National Institute of Technology, Surat from 2000 to 2004. Additionally, they also hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration Engineering Technology/Technician from NIT SURAT, which they completed from 2000 to 2004. N.Ramanath has also acquired certifications in Excel power query from Johnson Matthey in November 2022 and Iosh certification from IOSH in May 2016. N.Ramanath has also obtained a certification as a Certified Advanced Excel Professional from NIIT Limited.
