Akash Jain

Akash Jain has extensive work experience in customer support and implementation, product support, and technology roles. Akash is currently the Director of Customer Support & Implementation at actyv.ai®, where they are responsible for developing and achieving objectives and goals related to customer support and implementation. Prior to their current role, Akash worked at UiPath as the Director of Product Support, where they managed and directed a team of engineers and played a key role in developing the vision and strategy for the Sales & Service team. Akash also held the positions of Manager of Product Support and Technical Lead of Product Support at UiPath. Before joining UiPath, Akash worked at Infosys in various technology roles, including Technology Lead, Technology Analyst, Senior Systems Engineer, and System Engineer. Akash has experience in requirement gathering, prototype design, user acceptance testing, and end user training. Akash is proficient in managing the entire SDLC for IT applications and has worked with clients in NAFTA and EU geographic locations.

Akash Jain's education history includes a Leadership Development Program from Harvard Business School in 2019-2020. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from GMIT and Visvesvaraya Technological University from 2005 to 2009. Akash also completed their schooling at LBHS. In addition to their formal education, Akash Jain has obtained several certifications, including Certified Support Manager from Service Strategies in July 2022, UiPath Leadership Metamorphosis from The Trium Group in April 2022, and Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum.org in May 2021. Akash has also obtained certifications from Microsoft, including MCPS: Microsoft Certified Professional in February 2015 and various Microsoft Technology Specialist (MCTS) certifications.
