Ambarish Ojha currently serves as the Executive Vice President of Customer Engagement at actyv.ai® since July 2022, where the focus is on establishing customer engagement functions encompassing presales, implementation, and customer success services. Prior to this role, Ambarish held several key positions at UiPath from April 2018 to April 2021, including Vice President of Product Support and Customer Success, where the emphasis was on driving RPA technology adoption in the APAC region and building a strong Customer Success Network. Ambarish also worked at SAP Labs as the Head of Customer Experience and served in various capacities at SAP, including Head of Global Services & Support India and Vice President of Solution Operations. Earlier career experiences include leading the establishment of a Global Support Center at SAP India and providing tech support at SGI India and CMC Limited. Ambarish holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics & Communication from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee, completed in 1987.
