Ranjana Chatterjee Razdan

Ranjana Chatterjee Razdan, SPHRi, currently serves as the Head of People Practices and Culture at Acuiti Labs, where leadership responsibilities encompass the global HR function across India, the US, the Netherlands, and the UK since October 2021. Prior experience includes roles at HCL Technologies from September 2015 to October 2021, where Ranjana held dual positions as Site HR Manager for Pune and Global Strategic HR Business Manager for EMEA, and also managed talent acquisition for UBS's Business Solution Centre in Pune. Ranjana's background includes recruitment management at IndusValley Partners and Publicis Sapient, as well as prior academic experience as an Associate Professor at ASMs IBMR Pune. Ranjana possesses a Master of Social Work in Human Resource Management from the Institute of Social Sciences, Agra, and a Bachelor of Science from Dayalbagh Educational Institute, along with a Diploma in Training and Development from the Indian Society for Training & Development.
