Mike McKim

Mike McKim is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer experience management and operational leadership. Currently serving as the Manager of Customer Experience at Acuitive Solutions since April 2022, Mike previously held significant roles at Jo-Ann Stores, LLC from October 2010 to April 2022, including Lead of Store Optimization and Senior Analyst of Inventory Optimization. This tenure involved managing project reporting, conducting assessments, and collaborating closely with various stakeholders. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Campus Crusade for Christ, where responsibilities spanned human resources, financial management, and operations management, along with a notable project director role. Early in their career, Mike worked as a Lineman at Akron Flight Inc. Mike holds a Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management from Kent State University.
