Barry R. Goldman

Barry R. Goldman has served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel of the Company since January 2015. Previously he served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Acuity Brands Lighting, Inc. ("ABL") from January 2007 to January 2015; as Vice President and Associate Counsel of ABL from April 2003 to January 2007; and as Associate Counsel of the Company from August 2001 to April 2003. Prior to joining Acuity Brands, Mr. Goldman served in as Associate Counsel at National Service Industries, Inc. from August 1997 to August 2001. Mr. Goldman has a B.A. degree with Special Honors in Philosophy from The University of Texas at Austin and has J.D. and M.B.A. degrees from the University of Georgia.
