Brian Chen

Brian Chen is an experienced ophthalmologist currently working at Acuity Eye Group since August 2014. Prior to this role, Brian completed a glaucoma fellowship at the University of South Florida from July 2013 to July 2014 and served as an ophthalmology resident physician at Drexel University College of Medicine from July 2010 to June 2013. Brian also trained as an internal medicine resident physician at Drexel University College of Medicine for the year 2009-2010. Before entering the medical field, Brian worked as an artist at FUEL Gallery from 2006 to 2008 and as an assistant illustrator at Lawrence Hall of Science from 2003 to 2004. Brian holds a Doctor of Medicine degree from Drexel University College of Medicine (2005-2009), a Master of Science in Physiology and Biophysics from Georgetown University (2004-2005), and a Bachelor of Arts in Molecular and Cell Biology and Practice of Art from the University of California, Berkeley (2000-2004).
