Christopher McLaughlin

Christopher McLaughlin is an experienced ophthalmologist currently working at Niagara Health since December 2018. Prior experience includes residency in ophthalmology at McMaster University from July 2012 to June 2017 and a postdoctoral fellowship at Harvard Medical School focused on corneal nociception research in early 2009. Christopher holds advanced qualifications, including a Clinical Fellowship in Cornea from Université de Montréal (2017-2018), a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) from McMaster University (2009-2012), a postdoctoral fellowship at Harvard University (2008-2009), a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Tissue Engineering from the University of Ottawa (2003-2009), and a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Biochemistry, Biotechnology, and Genetic Engineering from McMaster University (1998-2003).
