Andrey Cascante Hernández

Andrey Cascante Hernández has a diverse work experience starting from their role as a Risk Division Intern at Banco Popular y de Desarrollo Comunal in 2018. Andrey then worked as an Intern Transfer Pricing Analyst at TP Consulting Costa Rica, where they conducted industry analysis and financial ratio calculations. In 2019, Andrey joined Amazon as a Customer Service Representative before moving on to Genpact as a Process Developer and Analyst. In this role, they reviewed and executed master data creations, identified process improvement opportunities, and performed statistical analysis. Andrey then transitioned to Moody's Investors Service as an Associate Operations Analyst, where they participated in cross-functional projects, reviewed rating process output, and recommended operational process enhancements. Currently, they are working as a Delivery Lead at Acuity Knowledge Partners.

Andrey Cascante Hernández obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the Universidad de Costa Rica UCR from 2013 to 2019. In 2020, they pursued a specialization in Big Data Management at the Tecnológico de Costa Rica. Andrey has also obtained certifications in various areas, including Financial Markets from Yale University and courses in programming with Python, data science orientation, data analysis using Excel, and finance from Coursera.
