Jatin Chadha

Jatin Chadha has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Jatin started their career at Convergys as a Technical Support representative, providing technical assistance to customers. Jatin then moved on to TCNS Technologies as a Business Development/Associate Recruiter, where they were responsible for sales activities and expanding the customer base. Jatin then worked at Mindlance as a Recruitment Consultant, focused on providing talent acquisition services in multiple industries. Following that, they joined TalentBurst as a Team Lead, and later joined Acuity Knowledge Partners. At Acuity Knowledge Partners, they served as an Assistant Manager in Global Recruitment & Operations, handling full-life cycle recruitment and partnering with various business areas to meet the company's objectives. Most recently, they have been working as the Lead - HR, managing the complete employee lifecycle for India employees and taking care of 3rd party staff contract and invoicing.

Jatin Chadha holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources from Jaipur National University, which they obtained from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the same university from 2010 to 2013. In addition to their degrees, Jatin Chadha has also obtained certifications in HR Analytics from IIM Rohtak Executive Education in 2019 and in HR Analytics & Metrics from Corporate Shiksha™ in 2018.
