Joelle Pang is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leading social innovation and expanding employment opportunities across Southeast Asia. Currently serving as the Southeast Asia Expansion Lead at Acumen and as a member of Acumen Academy, Joelle focuses on tackling social issues through entrepreneurship and investment. Previously, Joelle was the General Manager for FastCo Malaysia, overseeing FastJobs and FastGig, where efforts transformed recruitment and gig economy practices. A notable advocate for women's empowerment in technology, Joelle received the Entrepreneur of the Year award at the Women in IT Awards in Asia and has held leadership roles in various organizations, including Lean In Singapore. Joelle's educational background includes a Bachelor of Business Administration with a double specialization in Marketing & Business Law from Nanyang Technological University Singapore and the University of Hull.
