Natasha Menon

Natasha Menon is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and research across various organizations focused on social development. Currently serving as a Trustee at The New Normal Charity since May 2024 and a Programme Manager at Acumen Academy since June 2022, Natasha has previously held similar roles at Future Frontiers and Social Enterprise. As Uganda Project Manager for the World Literacy Foundation, Natasha led the Sun Books Programme aimed at enhancing teacher support for e-learning literacy. Natasha's earlier roles include Research and Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist at VSO, where skills were developed in creating M&E tools, and Gender and Development Researcher (Volunteer) at Save the Children UK, focusing on gender-sensitive interventions. Educational qualifications include a Master’s in Social Development Practice from UCL and a Bachelor’s in History from Royal Holloway, complemented by a study abroad experience at Tulane University.
