Sadia Jafrin

Sadia Jafrin is an accomplished leader and social innovator, currently serving as Founder and CEO of Grow Your Reader Foundation since May 2016, a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting reading among children. Sadia has also held various prestigious roles, including Acumen Fellow at Acumen Academy since December 2021, Mentor for the Global Girls Education Fellowship at Teach For All since January 2023, and Award Coordinator for The Duke of Edinburgh's International Award Foundation since December 2022. Sadia is a Young Leader with the Queen's Commonwealth Trust and a member of the World Food Forum Bangladesh Chapter, contributing to various community initiatives. Previous experiences include serving as a Shareholder and Director at BULLSEYE BD, as well as working as an Assistant Manager at Bangladesh Petrochemical Company Limited and as a Teaching Fellow at Teach For Bangladesh. Sadia Jafrin's educational background includes a Postgraduate Degree in Education from BRAC University and a Master's in Development Studies from Jahangirnagar University, complemented by a Bachelor's in Pharmacy from the same institution.
