Paul Fox has over 20 years of work experience in various roles within the recruitment industry. Paul is currently the Managing Director of Insurance Recruitment at Acumen Group, where they lead a team of industry experts in providing talent to the UK, Bermudan, and US Insurance markets. Prior to their role at Acumen, Paul was the Divisional Director of Actuarial & Analytics at Arthur Financial. Paul also served as the Head of Actuarial & Risk at HFG Insurance Recruitment and held positions at Bolton Associates, Kingsley Fisher Associates, Artemis Financial Recruitment Ltd, Venn Group, and Zero Degrees West. Outside of the recruitment industry, Paul has experience in film marketing and has worked as an Account Manager at Zero Degrees West. Paul has also pursued personal interests such as running a luxury ski chalet and participating in the Mongol Rally. Paul began their career as a Summer Camp Counselor at Camp America in 2002.

Paul Fox - Acumen Recruitment earned a Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Bristol from 2000 to 2004. Prior to that, they completed their A Levels at Bourne Grammar School from 1998 to 2000.
