Greg Boro has extensive work experience in the field of business operations. Greg started working at Max's Son, Inc. in 1996 as the Director of Human Resources and Talent Management. In this role, they transformed the HR function, created various policy documents, and implemented employee satisfaction programs that resulted in high retention rates. Greg also significantly reduced costs by implementing an on-premise payroll solution. In 2002, they joined Max's Restaurants as the Executive VP Operations, where they introduced new programs and best practices to address industry challenges and improve operational efficiency. Greg also partnered with the Managing Partner Host Marriot to re-concept a company location, leading to improved sales performance. Since 2016, Greg has been working as the Director of Business Operations at Acumen, LLC.

Greg Boro completed their high school education at Lawrence Academy Independent High School in Groton, MA, from 1979 to 1983. Greg then pursued their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology at Vanderbilt University, where they studied from 1983 to 1987.
