Malik Hussain Bakshi

Malik Hussain Bakshi is a Data and Policy Analyst at Acumen, LLC, since October 2021, specializing in payment models and fraud detection through statistical analysis and predictive modeling. Previous experience includes a role as a Marketing Associate at UCLA Radio and participation as a Research Assistant for a Fulbright Scholar at the University of California, Los Angeles. Malik has held leadership positions such as Director of Finance for the Pakistan Student Association at UCLA, managing funding and budgeting for cultural events. Internships include work with M/S Bakshi Builders & Developers, where audit and data organization tasks were completed, and with the Association of Builders and Developers of Pakistan, focusing on commercial tax systems and economic policymaking in real estate. Malik holds a Bachelor's degree in Econometrics and Quantitative Studies and Political Science from UCLA and has completed Cambridge International O and A Levels.
