Rachel Lamb

Rachel Lamb is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical writing and customer service. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Writer at Acumen, LLC since March 2021, Rachel previously held roles as a Technical Writer and a Customer Service Agent at Ecolab from March 2013 to March 2021. Rachel also contributed as a Chinese Linguistic Specialist at Concordia Language Villages for a short period in 2012-2013. Educational qualifications include a Certificate in User Experience and Web Design and a Certificate in Technical Writing and Communication, both obtained from UCSC Silicon Valley Extension, alongside a Bachelor of Arts in Asian Studies and Studio Art from St. Olaf College.
