Noemi Cortes Llamas

Noemi Cortes Llamas possesses extensive experience in corporate governance and audit, serving as a board member and chair of the audit committee at multiple organizations, including Organizacion Cultiba SAB de CV, Grupo Alerta, and Grupo SIM. An independent professional advisor on corporate governance at Grupo Questro, Noemi is also actively involved with GEPP and Acumen Telecomunicaciones. In addition, Noemi contributes to several business associations, including the Consejo Coordinador Empresarial MX Oficial, and the Asociación Mexicana de Lucha Contra el Cáncer, A.C. With a strong educational foundation from IPADE Business School and Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México, Noemi holds degrees in public accounting and corporate finance, as well as advanced management and negotiation. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business Management at Universidad Anáhuac Mexico Norte, Noemi continues to demonstrate leadership and expertise in health, corporate governance, and finance.
