Tier 2 Support Analyst at Acumera

Adam Mattison has held several roles in different companies. Adam worked as a Tier 2 Support Analyst at Acumera, Inc starting from October 2020. In this role, they responded to escalated help desk tickets, troubleshooted hardware, software, and network problems, and performed hardware builds and QA for new orders and replacements.

Prior to that, Adam worked at 305 BROTHERS ALL IN ONE as a Team Manager from May 2016. In this position, they led projects resulting in successful renovations of student housing properties, managed cleaning and painting crews, and ensured client satisfaction.

Before joining Acumera, Inc, Adam was employed at Tyson Foods as an EDI specialist from May 2019 to August 2019. Adam'sresponsibilities included creating data flow diagrams using Microsoft Visio, researching and developing AI chatbots to improve response time, and creating diagrams for analysts to analyze day-to-day transactions using PowerBI.

Adam Mattison attended Stillman College in 2015 where they studied Mathematics. Adam then went on to pursue a degree in Computer and Information Sciences, General at Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University from 2016 to 2019.
