William O'Gorman

William O'Gorman has a diverse work experience. William worked as a Firewall Engineer at Acumera, Inc from August 2018. William also worked at Health Texas Provider Network as an EMR Analyst from June 2012 to January 2017. During this role, they played a key role in developing and implementing workflows for ambulatory clinics, as well as implementing experimental processes to improve efficiency and patient satisfaction. Additionally, they conducted change management seminars as part of an organization-wide electronic health record implementation. Prior to this, they worked as an Instructor at The Princeton Review from October 2009 to August 2010.

William O'Gorman attended Texas A&M University from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology, with a focus in General Biology. In addition to their formal education, William has obtained several certifications from CompTIA. In November 2017, they obtained a Network+ certification. In November 2020, they obtained a CompTIA Security+ certification. Lastly, in October 2022, they obtained a CompTIA Cloud+ certification.
