Candy Kim

Candy Kim has an extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Candy is currently working at ION as the Head of Corporate, Client Development in the Asia Pacific region. Prior to that, they held the position of Head of Banking, Client Engagement at ION. Before joining ION, Candy worked at Acuris Global as the Head of Relationship management for the Asia Pacific region. Candy also worked at The Mergermarket group as a Manager for the mergermarket CRM team and later as a Senior Client Relationship Manager. Candy started their career at Bloomberg as a Warrant Analyst. Their earliest known work experience was at Sa Sa International Holdings Limited, where they worked as a Korea Manager for the E-commerce division. In this role, they managed various aspects such as sales, marketing, sourcing, website maintenance, research, and customer service. Candy also conducted market research and presented marketing/sales campaign plans to senior executives.

Candy Kim completed a Quantitative Finance program from Stanford University between 2016 and 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a degree in Hotel and Tourism Management from Sejong University between 1997 and 2002. Additionally, Candy Kim has pursued various certifications in subjects such as Big Data, Blockchain, Digital Technologies, NFTs, Cryptocurrency, Chief of Staff, Strategic Thinking, and Entrepreneurship. These certifications were obtained from LinkedIn, with the most recent certification obtained in February 2022 and the earliest obtained in August 2021.
