Carla Diogo

Carla Diogo has extensive experience in talent development and leadership roles. Carla is currently serving as the Director of Talent Development at Acushnet Company. Prior to that, Carla worked at Deloitte for over a decade, where they held various positions including Executive Development Leader, Inclusion and Well-being Learning Leader, and Program Manager. Before joining Deloitte, they worked at Bank of America as a Senior Learning Manager and Performance Manager. In addition, Carla has experience in human resources and instructional design roles at FleetBoston Financial, Fleet Bank, and Shawmut Bank. Carla'swork experience demonstrates their expertise in developing and implementing learning and development initiatives, fostering an inclusive culture, and supporting the performance management of leaders and teams.

Carla Diogo (she/her/hers) holds a B.A. in Finance and Financial Management Services from Simmons University. Carla also earned an M.Ed. in Instructional and Organizational Design from UMass Boston. In 2020, they completed a Disruptive Leadership Certificate from Stetson University. Additionally, Carla has obtained certifications in MBTI and DiSC.
