Lisa True, CCP, GRP has extensive experience in compensation and benefits, as well as employee relations. Lisa began their career at Acushnet Company in 2000 as an Employee Relations Administrator and held this role until 2005. During this time, Lisa was responsible for managing employee relations matters within the company.

In 2005, Lisa returned to Acushnet Company as a Compensation Analyst, also taking on the additional role of HRIS Analyst. Lisa conducted job evaluations, market analysis, and salary structure updates. Lisa also participated in salary surveys and managed the equity budget, making recommendations for equity increases based on market analysis. Additionally, they wrote technical specifications for changes to the HRIS system, tested changes once programmed, and troubleshooted HRIS errors.

In 2011, Lisa was promoted to Senior Compensation Analyst and continued to excel in managing compensation programs and conducting in-depth analysis. Lisa held this role until 2020 when they were promoted to Compensation Program Manager. In this role, Lisa oversaw the implementation and administration of various compensation programs.

In 2023, Lisa was promoted to Director of Compensation & Benefits and played a key role in developing and implementing strategic initiatives within the organization. Currently, they serve as the Senior Director of Compensation & Benefits, responsible for overseeing the entire compensation and benefits function at Acushnet Company. Throughout their career, Lisa has demonstrated strong expertise in compensation and benefits administration, as well as a proficiency in HRIS systems and employee relations.

Lisa True, CCP, GRP obtained their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Finance from Providence College from the years 1996 to 2000.
