Holly Thomas has extensive experience in medical transcription and customer service roles. Prior to this, from September 2010 to December 2016, Holly worked at Vanguard Industries West as an Internet Sales/Customer Service Specialist, focusing on processing and shipping online orders. Holly's early career included roles such as a waitress at Chili's, where responsibilities included store opening and setup, as well as various temporary office positions with Apple One Employment, covering tasks from reception to customer care.
