Jonathan Dobyns

Jonathan Dobyns leads a collection of teams as the UX Architect & Director of Client Experience. Jon has 15 years’ laboratory experience, including toxicology and pharmacy home healthcare, and 10 years’ laboratory management experience. Jon is responsible for all functions relating to the client experience, from “walking a mile in the customer’s shoes” so that they more fully understand their wants and needs and then driving initiatives across Acutis to continuously improve the experience of working with us, to bringing together the internal teams and business lines to brainstorm ideas and forge consensus on experience initiatives.

Jonathan proactively engages with all teams to ensure that user-centered design is core to the work and to get to the heart of the data which reveals how we’re doing and where they can improve.

Jonathan leads his teams through an emphasis on streamlined visions in innovation, customer service, product development, and lean operation. He focuses on his teams by encouraging his teammates’ sheer hunger for professional and personal growth.
