Goutam Shankar

Goutam Shankar is an experienced professional in product development and mechanical system design, currently serving as the Director of Product Development and Director of Mechanical System at Acuva Technologies since December 2020. Prior to this, Goutam held managerial roles at Bajaj Auto Ltd from June 2012 to December 2020, and at Escorts Limited from May 2011 to June 2012, focusing on team leadership for new tractor projects and vehicle component design. Additional experience includes a role as a Design Engineer at Escorts Ltd and a managerial position in R&D at Tata Motors, specializing in engine design and development. Goutam holds a Master’s degree in Thermal & Environmental Engineering from a leading institution and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology.
