Hemant Sakarwal's work experience begins in 1992 with Tata Consultancy Services, where they held various roles including Project Manager and Analyst/Module Leader. Hemant worked on projects involving system programming, database management, and software development for clients such as UBS and P&O Containers. In 1998, Hemant Sakarwal joined TCS America as a Business Relationship Manager, where they successfully set up the GE Transportation Systems account for TCS and achieved significant revenue growth. Hemant later served as a Global Relationship Manager for GE Europe, helping establish a software factory in Budapest and managing GE accounts across Europe. Hemant Sakarwal took on the challenge of establishing TCS offices in Spain and Portugal as Vice President, successfully growing the region to over 100 resources. In 2008, they became the Chief Executive Officer of FIOs, targeting the Spanish market and expanding the business with major clients. In 2019, Hemant Sakarwal joined TechBlocks as the Director EMEA, where they created strategies to enter the European market and led the inside sales team. In 2020, they became a Strategic Advisor at Quantic Brain, providing strategic guidance. Most recently, Hemant Sakarwal joined Acuvate in 2022 as the Vice President of Customer Success.

Hemant Sakarwal completed their education with a Master of Technology (MTech) in Computer Science from Jawaharlal Nehru Vishvavidyalaya from 1989 to 1992. Hemant also obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Computer Science & Engineering from DIT NSIT from 1986 to 1990. Before that, they attended Kendriya Vidyalaya from 1981 to 1986, studying Science. Hemant Sakarwal completed their education up to the 7th standard at Manav Sthali Public School, Rajendra nagar from 1971 to 1981.
