Florian Hartmann

Florian Hartmann has a diverse and extensive work experience. Florian started their career as a Wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter at Stephan Mayer, MdB in 2010 and worked there until 2014. Florian then joined FC Schalke 04 in 2014 and held various roles including Leiter Service Center, Leiter Mitgliederabteilung, and Beauftragter für Mitgliederinteressen until 2021. From 2021 to 2023, Florian worked as the Director Constituent Services at Special Olympics World Games Berlin 2023 and as the Vorstand Struktur und Entwicklung (ehrenamtlich) at Rugby Deutschland. Currently, they are the Account Management Lead DACH at vivenu. Florian also has a background as a Major d. R. in the Bundeswehr (German Federal Armed Forces).

Florian Hartmann completed their education from 2003 to 2010 at The University of Bonn, where they obtained a Diplom degree in Geografie. In 2006-2007, they also attended UCL for an ERASMUS Austausch. In addition to their academic qualifications, they received certifications in Vereinsmanager B Lizenz and Vereinsmanager C Lizenz from the Fußballverband Niederrhein e.V. (FVN) in 2017 and 2016, respectively.
