Abou Laraki

Abou Laraki has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as the VP Business & AI Strategy at ACV Auctions since February 2022. Prior to this, they co-founded and served as the CEO of Monk AI, a company focusing on evaluating vehicle conditions using AI and Computer Vision. Abou was also a Head Teaching Assistant at École Polytechnique in 2018. In 2019, Abou was a Cohort Member at Entrepreneur First. Abou has also worked as a Venture Capital Analyst at Bpifrance and Innoven Partnaires. Additionally, they were an Analyst Intern and right-hand of the Founder at Galiance - Asset Management. Abou has experience as a Data Analyst at BAKOUNINE and as an Operations Research Scientist at Allopneus.com. Abou also worked as an Engineer Intern at MAROCAPRES.

Abou Laraki has a Master's degree in Engineering, Machine Learning & Technological Innovation from École Polytechnique. Additionally, they have obtained a Master's degree in Ingénieur Civil des Mines, Applied Mathematics & Industrial Engineering from Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Mines de Nancy. Abou has also studied as a Visiting Student Researcher in the field of Innovation & Entrepreneurship at the University of California, Berkeley. Prior to their higher education, they attended Lycée Faidherbe, specializing in PSI*. Abou completed their secondary education at Lycée Paul Valéry.
