Abdullah Alajmah

Abdullah Alajmah has extensive work experience in the energy and chemical industries. Abdullah currently serves as the Vice President - Strategic Projects at ACWA Power since April 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Executive Managing Director at ACWA Power - SWRO + Solar Shuaibah Conversion Project from January 2021 to March 2022. From April 2017 to December 2020, they worked as the Executive Managing Director at ACWA Power - Shuaibah STPC. Abdullah also served as the Managing Director at Unique Solutions for Chemical Industries (USCI) from December 2015 to October 2017. Before that, they worked at ACWA Power Sasakura as the President and COO from May 2013 to April 2017, and briefly as the Chief Technical Officer from February 2013 to July 2013. Abdullah started their career at Saline Water Conversion Corp SWCC in 1992, where they held various positions until December 2012.

Abdullah Alajmah obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from King AbdulAziz University in the years 1986 to 1990. Abdullah later pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration, specializing in Business Administration, from an unidentified institution in the years 2008 to 2009.
