Eric Maka

Eric Maka serves as the Chief Construction Officer at ACWA Power since January 2024, overseeing all construction aspects from development hand-over to O&M. Previously, Eric held the position of President & CEO at Senoko Energy, a major electricity generation company in Singapore, for 2023, and served as Chief Operating Officer at ENGIE from February 2021 to December 2022, where responsibilities included protecting existing assets and managing construction projects. In addition, Eric has been involved as a board member for various energy companies and held the position of Chairman of the Board for Tihama Power Generation Company during the same period. Eric Maka earned a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from ECAM in Brussels, specializing in electromechanics, between 1990 and 1994.
