Faisal Jadu has held various roles in different companies. Currently, they are the Chief People, Culture, and Communication Officer at ACWA Power. Faisal is also a Board Member at EWA - The Energy and Water Academy. In the past, they have served as a Member of the Board Nomination and Remuneration Committee at Saudi Airlines, Saudi EXIM Bank, Human Resources Development Fund - HRDF - KSA, Dussur, Local Content and Government Procurement Authority, EMKAN, SAFE KSA, and the General Authority of Awqaf.

Faisal Jadu has a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals.
