Robert Noya has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions. Robert currently works at Ad Alliance as the Head of Campaign Strategy since February 2020. Prior to that, they worked at MWG as the Voorzitter YIM Commissie from October 2018 to November 2022 and as the Lid Programma Commissie from October 2018 to October 2020. From 2000 to 2006, Robert studied at Christelijke Hogeschool Nederland, obtaining a Bachelor's degree in International Hospitality Management.

Prior to their time at Christelijke Hogeschool Nederland, from 1994 to 2000, Robert attended Esdal College/GSG, where they completed their HAVO degree.
