David Walsh

David Walsh has a diverse work experience spanning several decades. David started their career as an Assistant Professor in Preventive Medicine at the University of Mississippi Medical Center in 1981 and held this position until 1986. Following this, they joined Allstate Investments, LLC as a Managing Director, where they worked for over 23 years from 1986 to 2010. In 2020, David joined Ad Fontes Media as an Analyst, where they contribute to rating news for reliability and bias, with the aim of helping people navigate the news landscape.

David Walsh has an extensive education history. David attended Providence College from 1972 to 1976, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Mathematics. Afterward, they pursued further education at the University of Washington from 1976 to 1981, where they earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Biostatistics. David then went on to The University of Chicago Booth School of Business from 1990 to 1995, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, specializing in Finance and Econometrics.
