Andre Francisco

Andre is a writer, editor, and communications strategist. Before Ad Hoc, he managed communications and web content for 18F and the Technology Transformation Services at the General Services Administration. Previously, he helped the Project On Government Oversight identify waste, fraud, and abuse in the federal government and advocate for solutions. Andre lives in Minneapolis with his wife and their daughter.
