Alyssa Flora

Alyssa Flora is a dedicated music educator with extensive experience teaching students from grades K-8 at AD PRIMA CHARTER SCHOOL since October 2020. Alyssa's background includes a music teaching role at Education Through Music, where curriculum development and instructional video production were key responsibilities. Previous positions held include client coordinator and lead teacher at NY Kids Club & NY Preschool, teaching various age groups and artistic subjects, alongside roles as a music lessons teacher at Blue Balloon Songwriting and a teaching artist with Wingspan Arts. Alyssa also served as a middle school vocal music teacher on a maternity leave replacement basis at Poly Prep Country Day School, directed drama workshops at Spring Township Library, and provided assistance to the Kennett Symphony Children’s Chorus. Alyssa holds a Bachelor's Degree in Music Education from West Chester University of Pennsylvania and has continually demonstrated a commitment to fostering musical growth and creativity in diverse educational settings.
