Cassidy Edge

Cassidy Edge is a Senior Aquarist at the Virginia Living Museum since November 2022, previously serving as an Aquarist I/Diver at Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies from July 2021 to November 2022. Prior experience includes work as a Keeper II/Intern and Volunteer Coordinator at Lubee Bat Conservancy, where responsibilities involved the care and health management of various animals. Cassidy began a career in aquatic operations at North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher, providing visitor services and performing husbandry tasks. Education culminated in a Bachelor of Science in Marine Biology from the University of North Carolina Wilmington, completed between 2017 and 2019.
