Seth Davick

Seth Davick, MBA has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries and roles. Seth began their career as a Computer Support Technician at Northwest Nazarene University, where they provided technical support for students, faculty, and guests. Seth then served in the United States Army as a Specialist and later as a Team Chief, where they supervised and mentored soldiers and ensured reliable communications for units in Iraq. After leaving the military, Seth worked as a Project Controls Engineer at Diamond B Constructors. Seth then joined Ad-West Realty Services as an Apartment Manager, overseeing multiple properties and providing direct supervision to maintenance staff. Seth also served as a Company Trainer, responsible for training employees within Ad-West Realty Services. At Mercy Housing, Seth held various roles, including Property Manager and Area Management Specialist, where they managed a complex set of properties and provided management support for multiple portfolios. Their most recent position was at Ad-West Realty Services, where they served as a Regional Property Manager and Director of Compliance. In this role, Seth oversaw a portfolio of affordable housing units in multiple counties and provided leadership, training, and overall oversight to on-site staff. Overall, Seth's work experience demonstrates their strong leadership abilities, diverse skill set, and expertise in property management and compliance.

Seth Davick, MBA has a diverse education history. Seth attended Northwest Nazarene University from 1997 to 2001, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music. In 2010, they further pursued their education and enrolled in the University of Phoenix, where they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree specializing in Business Administration, Management and Operations in 2011.

In 2015, Seth Davick attended the National Center for Housing Management and earned a certification as a Certified Occupancy Specialist. Later in 2016, they pursued another certification as a Housing Compliance Manager (HCM-H) from Zeffert & Associates.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Seth Davick has obtained a Real Estate Broker certification from the Washington State Department of Licensing in July 2021.
