Ryan Head

Ryan Head has over 17 years of experience in transportation and community planning, currently serving as the Executive Director at Ada County Highway District (ACHD) since March 2010. Ryan has held various leadership roles within ACHD, including Deputy Director of Development and Technical Services, Manager of Planning and Programming, Supervisor of Planning and Programming, and Transportation Funding Coordinator. Prior to joining ACHD, Ryan worked as an Assistant Planner at the Community Planning Association of Southwest Idaho (COMPASS) from August 2006 to February 2010. Educationally, Ryan holds a Graduate Certificate in Community and Regional Planning and a Bachelor of Arts in International Economics, both from Boise State University, completing studies in 2010 and 2006, respectively.
